SHIPPING & DELIVERY
How long does shipping take?
Standard delivery takes 3–8 business days within Europe.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — all orders over €100 qualify for free shipping within Europe.
Can I track my order?
You can’t track your order. You will still receive a shipping confirmation. If you would like a tracking code, you can contact us and pay the additional cost required.
RETURN & EXCHANGES
Can I return sale items?
No. All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, regardless of the type of product. Please carefully check the size, product details and measurements before placing your order, as sale purchases are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
What is the return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for clothing items purchased at full price, provided they are unworn, undamaged and in their original packaging. All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, including sale clothing. Please note that only clothing items purchased at full price are eligible for returns. Other products cannot be returned. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we have received and inspected the returned item, you will receive a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
How do I start a return?
To start a return, please contact us via the “Contact” page with your order number and the reason for your return. Please note that only clothing items purchased at full price are eligible for returns. All sale items, including sale clothing, cannot be returned or exchanged. Once we have confirmed that your item is eligible for return, we will guide you through the rest of the return process.

How should I care for my jewellery?
Are your pieces hypoallergenic?
Our products are nickel-free, so they normally should not cause irritation. However, if you have any concerns or doubts, please contact us.
How do I care for my clothing?
Each garment includes care instructions on the label. In general, cold hand wash and lay flat to dry. Iron at a low temperature inside out.

Yes — if you have a discount code, enter it at checkout and the discount will be applied to your order total automatically. You’ll also receive 10% off your first order as a welcome discount.
