SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Standard delivery takes 3–8 business days within Europe.

Yes — all orders over €100 qualify for free shipping within Europe.

You can’t track your order. You will still receive a shipping confirmation. If you would like a tracking code, you can contact us and pay the additional cost required.

RETURN & EXCHANGES

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn and in their original packaging. Sale items are final sale. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If the item is returned without any damage and in its original packaging, you will receive a refund to your bank account within 5 business days.

Please contact us via the "Contact" page with your order number and the reason for your return, and we will guide you through the rest of the process.

PRODUCT CARE

Our products are nickel-free, so they normally should not cause irritation. However, if you have any concerns or doubts, please contact us.

Each garment includes care instructions on the label. In general, cold hand wash and lay flat to dry. Iron at a low temperature inside out.
